About Us — Uygur Halk Derneği

Uygur Halk Derneği brings together the Uyghur diaspora and works to preserve and promote Uyghur culture, language, and traditions through educational and social projects. Uygur Halk Derneği is a public Uyghur association officially registered in Türkiye, in the city of Antalya. The association is dedicated to the preservation and development of Uyghur culture, language, traditions, and historical heritage, as well as to supporting the Uyghur community and diaspora. We implement cultural, educational, and social initiatives, and organize events, courses, meetings, and projects aimed at strengthening community ties and fostering cultural exchange. Our activities are guided by the principles of openness, mutual respect, transparency, and social responsibility. Uygur Halk Derneği is open to everyone who is interested in the culture, language, and traditions of the Uyghur people.
