Membership in the Uygur Halk Derneği Association
Membership in the Uygur Halk Derneği Association is open to individuals and legal entities who share the goals, values, and principles of the association and are willing to support its activities.
Who Can Become a Member of the Association
Individuals
Individuals may join the association in accordance with the requirements of applicable legislation. Foreign nationals must have the legal right to reside in Türkiye.
This requirement does not apply to honorary members.
Legal Entities
Legal entities may become members of the association provided they comply with legal regulations and the internal rules of the association.
Membership Application Procedure
Submission of Application
To become a member, a written application must be submitted to the Chairperson of the Association.
Review of Application
The decision on membership acceptance is made by the Board of Directors of the Association. The applicant is notified of the decision in writing.
Registration of Membership
Upon approval, the candidate is entered into the official membership register of the Association.
Founding Members of the Association
The founding members of the Association include its founders as well as individuals admitted to membership by decision of the Board of Directors based on submitted applications.
Honorary Membership
Honorary membership may be granted to individuals who have provided significant moral, cultural, social, or financial support to the activities of the Association.
Honorary members may also include citizens of other countries, regardless of their place of residence, by decision of the Board of Directors.
